Play as a zookeeper

Zoochosis is a psychological simulation in which you play as a zookeeper tasked with pinpointing certain animals affected by a virus that mutated them. In this first-person horror game, you need to formulate a vaccine, narrow down the infected animals, and cure them while simultaneously trying to survive.

Zoochosis offers thrilling and gripping gameplay that causes goosebumps all over your body. With its breathtaking 3D graphics paired with an eerily dark atmosphere, this game evokes a stimulating playability to keep its players wanting more while at the edge of their seats.

Cure the animals and survive the night

It is your first day at the zoo as a zookeeper. In Zoochosis, you care for the animals by interacting with them, preparing their meals, and cleaning their enclosures. By sundown, however, you realize that things are not what they seem. The truth is there is a virus breakout, and the animals are in grave danger. So, you must find a way to cure and save the infected ones.

While the animals’ fate is in your hands, you must also exercise caution as some infected ones have gone feral and turned into unimaginable creatures. It should be reiterated that you must survive like the rest of the animals so they can make it out alive. So, make the smartest choice as the game's conclusion heavily relies on your decisions

This is a gory game that involves a lot of violence, blood, and body contortion, which is not safe for work viewing or appropriate for young audiences. In addition, this might not be suitable for easily frightened people or those who are dealing with mental health problems. Still, this is an exciting horror game with an amazing storyline that is worth trying.

A petrifying gameplay

All in all, Zoochosis offers a hair-raising playthrough where you must care for animals and save the infected ones by nursing them back to their old selves with the vaccine while trying to survive simultaneously. With an array of conclusions, the ending depends on the path you take. However, it must be noted that this game involves a lot of blood and body contortion

In Softonic we scan all the files hosted on our platform to assess and avoid any potential harm for your device. Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.

We’d like to highlight that from time to time, we may miss a potentially malicious software program. To continue promising you a malware-free catalog of programs and apps, our team has integrated a Report Software feature in every catalog page that loops your feedback back to us.

Flag any particular issues you may encounter and Softonic will address those concerns as soon as possible.
